There is plenty of new content with PSO2 Episode 5

  • You will find dragons, castles, siege-like quests and kingdoms all surrounded by something they call magic, but Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta players will recognize as photons. It sounds just like a different detour from the original few Episodes, however it comes back around to events with Oracle, and a lot of the lore is explained. Simply make your way through the narrative to find out.

Buster Quests are a vital part of Episode 5, together with lots of the narrative's battle quests with their mechanisms. These new quests are also available at the quest counter and may be done with the eight-player multiparty. They are similar to this Apprentice Urgent Quest, where gamers must work together to safeguard towers out of oncoming enemies. However, there are plenty of new mechanics that make this new with how it is more siege-like. Once protecting the towers, weapons are deployed and need to be shielded to breach the castle in the opposite end of the field. When it is breached, everyone has to make their way to the boss -- that the castle itself. Buster Quests get gradually harder as their level could be built up like Extreme Quests. Of course, new quests imply new things, but there are also new medals to be earned and a new shop to cooperate with them.

There is plenty of new content with Episode 5 to help keep players active, and the story goes back to being focused around ARKS and combating with the Dark Falz. Alongside these exciting new features, new things and Scratch Tickets will also be out, and new Urgent Quests are going to be on the way to freshen things up in PSO2. There are still many details to be revealed as time goes one, but a few significant things like battle and the world are much clearer. Hiro Arai out of Sega was live for nearly an hour to show off footage of gameplay and also speak about what new items are on the way. Not much was said about the present game as well as the upgrade coming alongside NG's release aside from the graphic upgrade, which will be looking great.

Maps are no longer divided up into areas with loading screens. NG will have a completely open world in the home base to the area. The TGS footage showed off a beautiful new world that is a significant upgrade from the current game. Blades of grass blow in the wind, lush forests lie on the opposite side of valleys and frosty mountains can be viewed at the distance. Arai cites that different areas can be attained easily by simply traversing the world.

It seems like this is the planet Naberious from the present game, with forests being next to tundra and different regions. Areas continue to be technically split up, but there's no loading between them. While it has not been directly said, an open world like this suggests there might not be single party areas anymore. Most shown in the footage were multi-party regions where there were other gamers. The cap for multi-party places has been reduced to eight down from twelve at the current PSO2, but buy meseta pso2 that you see will differ from area to area.
